UMJ Tendik Signs Individual Performance Indicator (IKI) Contract
UMJ teaching staff signed the Individual Performance Indicator (IKI) contract which was witnessed directly by all UMJ leadership levels on Tuesday (17/10/2023) in the Hall of the UMJ Faculty of Economics and Business . The contract signing process is carried out in turns by the teaching staff.
The implementation of the IKI system at UMJ has become a benchmark for assessing and monitoring the performance that has been carried out. "With the implementation of IKI, I hope our performance will continue to improve. "Not only are we both pursuing regeneration, but also that we as educators have added value," this was conveyed by the Deputy Chancellor II, Dr. Ir. Mutmainah, MM., in his speech.
On the same occasion, the Chancellor of UMJ, Prof. Dr. Ma'mun Murod, M.Sc., said this was part of UMJ's serious efforts to improve UMJ's performance management as a whole. “Universities that want to progress must centralize, in a comprehensive sense. Centralization of academic, financial and human resources. "When efforts are made to centralize, it means there are positive signs," said Ma'mun.
UMJ Daily Advisory Board, Drs. Abdul Cebba, AK., M.BA., CA., PA., appreciated the implementation of the IKI system. Cebba assessed that IKI is one of the modern programs at UMJ, because this is one of the UMJ Chancellor's efforts to develop the university. "Of course we must be grateful because this system will support the careers of teaching staff. "Hopefully this system can be implemented well through good perception," concluded Cebba.
A similar activity will be carried out in the Hall of the FIK UMJ Cempaka Putih building with participants from the Faculty of Engineering (FT), Faculty of Nursing (FIK) and Faculty of Medicine and Health (FKK) UMJ.
